I’m a chef, recipe writer and content creator who celebrates plant-based food that’s abundant, joyful and full of flavour. My cooking is inspired by my Greek Cypriot roots and shaped by the bold, sun-soaked flavours of the Mediterranean and Middle East.

My plant-based journey began 18 years ago, when I realised eating animal products no longer felt right for me. My love of food made me determined to create dishes that were both nourishing and deeply satisfying. After studying holistic nutrition, I trained at one of London’s leading vegan restaurants, Bubala, where I honed my understanding of flavour and technique.

Later, I launched MOB’s vegan sister page, Bunch, growing it to more than half a million followers in under two years. Since then, I’ve worked across many corners of the food world — from developing menus for restaurants and running supper clubs, to teaching classes and producing recipes for major brands. I now bring that experience to my work in the Ottolenghi Test Kitchen, where creativity and flavour come first.

Today, I combine everything I’ve learned to help people cook vibrant, plant-based food with confidence. I share recipes, stories and skills that make cooking feel fun, intuitive and generous — because eating well should never be restrictive or bland. With the right understanding, creativity and a little flavour intuition, anyone can cook delicious, nourishing food at home.
